How CalculusMate collects, uses, protects, and retains account and solver data.

Last updated: 2026-09-01

This policy explains how CalculusMate handles information when you use the website, solver, account, and subscription features.

Information we process

We may process account details you provide, authentication records, subscription status, usage counters, technical request data, and mathematical expressions submitted to the solver. We do not require an account for an initial standard calculation.

Why we use information

Information is used to provide and secure the service, enforce usage limits, maintain subscriptions, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve supported calculus methods. We do not sell personal information.

Solver data

Anonymous calculations are not intended to become public or indexable pages. When history is enabled for an account, saved expressions are private and excluded from search indexing. Do not submit confidential or personally identifying information as part of a math expression.

Service providers

CalculusMate may use Cloudflare for hosting and security, a configured database provider for account data, an enabled payment provider for purchases, and an enabled analytics provider for aggregate product measurement. Provider features remain disabled until configured.

Retention and security

We retain information only as needed for the service, legal duties, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Access controls, request validation, rate limits, encrypted transport, and provider secrets are used to protect the service.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data where applicable. You may also cancel a subscription using the account billing controls when payments are enabled.
