Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the CalculusMate solver, accounts, and subscriptions.
Last updated: 2026-09-01
These terms govern your use of CalculusMate. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and within the technical and plan limits presented in the product.
Educational service
CalculusMate is an educational aid, not a substitute for instruction, professional advice, or your own review. Always verify work used for examinations, graded assignments, engineering, finance, or other consequential decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account security and activity under your credentials. You may not attempt to bypass quotas, probe infrastructure, execute code, disrupt the service, scrape at abusive volume, or use the service unlawfully.
Results and supported scope
The solver labels results as Verified only when the deterministic engine completes its checks. Some expressions may be unsupported, time out, or require methods not available in the current release. We do not promise that every problem can be solved.
Plans and payments
Free limits and paid-plan benefits are shown on the pricing page and may include reasonable-use limits. When payments are enabled, charges, renewals, cancellation, and provider-specific terms are shown before checkout. A purchase is not considered successful until confirmed by the payment provider and processed by our webhook.
Intellectual property
CalculusMate branding, product design, and original content are protected by applicable law. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licenses and notices.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, fraud, security risks, nonpayment, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel an active subscription through available account controls.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalculusMate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a result or interruption of the service.
